Not 50 different sets of rules, local elections should be controlled by State rules. There should be one national standard for Presidential elections. For now that should be mail in voting, no one should have to stand in long lines to vote, how stupid. When we come up with a secure system it should be vote by internet.
Get out of yesterday and into tomorrow...
