I will say this, if you are a public official, and you single out young girls, and you sniff them, rub them, grab them, talk about how they are 19, and pull them close, as they are trying to squirm away, you are DEFINITELY molesting them, by definition.
It doesn't necessarily make you a pedophile, but you certainly could be.
It does make you a child molestor.
