I would agree that a person who holds a public office, a person of trust like a policeman or firefighter, a teacher or coach, etc. is committing a much more egregious crime than a common citizen. Because we have been taught from children to trust these people, so when they betray that trust it's far worse than someone we don't have that expected trust in. 

It's the exact same thing as comparing people rioting in the streets of Portland or Minneapolis to people storming our Nation's Capitol with the intent of overthrowing our duly elected government. Storming our Nation's Capitol is far worse than the other, it's a "degree of bad" issue just like the rape cases. Excuses don't count, it doesn't matter that a person doesn't agree with an outcome. 

Stating that one of the accused is guilty and that one may have done it is a double standard, period. 

But, you failed to answer my question, I asked you if you would be in favor of taking the DNA samples from BOTH Biden and Donnie and running the tests? I stated that I am in favor of doing that and both men will have to answer to the results good or bad.
