The man got the sentence because he attacked the other man. Followed him outside the store and beat him. The issue was over the mask, the crime was assault. He got 10 years for assault, not 10 years over a mask!
Your post is misleading if not out right fake news. This is exactly what the news does, turn the story over and over until it makes the point they want. Then people like you read it and blow it way out of proportion. There is NO indication the man was on the right as you claim and there was NO part of the story that claimed "Constitional Rights". as a defense. You made that up!
