Perp committed the alleged crime, now is it lib?
If that was the case, we could arrest anyone, and imprison them without trial, because no court in this countr6 has ever found anyone not guilty.
In fact, lib that is in essence what you have done.
You are confining suspects in solitary confinement, without bail, without trial, and for no alleged offense more serious than trespassing, lib.
In 3rd world countries, that is considered political persecution.
