"According to two attorneys..." Gosh, who ever heard of an attorney making misleading or outright false statements outside the courtroom?

It's their job to present an argument to the charges, even if it's circumatantial.

One might also consider a judge's responsibility in releasing somebody who presents a danger to the public- you know, somebody who would attack a law enfircement officer? Or someone who would actively attack the Capital and a fundamental body performing theur duty under the Constitution. That's some Dear Leader, President for Life shyte right there.
