Very good, but are you saying you can provide that service with NO capital In your pocket.  It can be done, in very rare cases, but a cash flow would need to happen right away.  And maybe more possible in some red states that permitting and such is cheap or nonexistent.  But would it be a real  company, no product, no employee, maybe just paid for giving advice.

I do not understand why you would not understand that most all things start with capital, and most of the time that comes from wealth people.  They may have the cash or even take out a mortgage on the home but they are willing to take the risk.  Take that away, or penalize them and you have a failure in the economy!
