I can't argue that nor would I ever argue that. Every job I've ever worked, aviation or not, expected more when they paid more. That's the market at work, nimrod. And they'd poach the competitor's employees as well who wanted the extra pay. My experience is that the competition leaves the market if they can't hire comparable quality.

It ain't the gun or the machine, it's the operator that makes the difference. Hire and pay quality and you'll succeed.
