Example: Who discovered the New World? Why, Christopher Columbus, of course- his publicizing it made the development possible. There is evidence that others had visited the New World years, perhaps centuries before Columbus, but their knowledge was not widely available, accomplished very little other than an entry in their logs. Just as Operation Warp Speed was of very limited use without executive planning, direction of the vaccination. Exactly as one would expect of the self-centered, self-absorbed vindictive narcissistic personality, no effort for the benefit of others.
