There is so much I wish you understood about the vaccine and Covid
1. In areas of the country where the vaccine rate is low, the ICUs are full or nearly full with unvaccinated COVID patients. People who need to go to the ICU because of heart attack, stroke, etc etc cannot because the unvaccinated thought they "new better" - Perhaps if you decide not to get the vaccine, then sign a DNR that says that if you come down with covid, you will not take a hospital bed that may be needed by someone that has something that was not preventable.
2. The vaccine prevents most people from getting the virus, and if you do get it, it dramatically lowers the viral load and hence chance of passing it on to someone else
3. The more people who are unvaccinated, the higher the viral replication and the higher the chance of mutations that will lead to more variants and more people potentially dying
Finally, the independent experts who recommended approval to the FDA are from all areas of expertise including virology, immunology, infectious disease, etc etc - These are the leading experts in the country and perhaps the world -
Get your Jab and protect others and stop thinking this is all about you; it's about everybody.
