Theres a very large disparity between white coastal millionaires and impoverished white trailer dwellers in Florida.
To the south of Jacksonville, poor redneck, undereducated white folks live there, mostly.
And lotsa octogenarian retirees living in trailer parks. just getting by on social security.
In those places (especially in central Florida) the schools suck too.
Putnam county is mostly white.
It's the poorest per capita county in Florida.
Drug abuse there is rampant.
But violent crime is practically non existent,
why is that, do you suppose?
