Please tell which court case you claim they looked at presented evidence?  Which court case even had discovery?  Which court case was witnesses interviewed.  Which court case about fraud, took an clear unbiased look at the evidence.  If there are so many it will be easy for you to list the state and case number!  That way we can read about how the evidence was not ignored.  Just the state and case number will do.
