Oral arguments are ongoing, some very interesting debates.
If I was to guess, when all this is over the federal goverment will take a stand that it is neutral over abortion issues, leaving each and every state to control the abortion laws within their own state. The constitution makes no direct or indirect reference to abortion, and without federal legislation this is total a state issue. At some point we will have laws that farther divides the states. In the long run it will be more reasons for people with morals to leave the red states.
Currently it must be like living in hell for decent people to live in a total democratic area, high taxes, high crime rates, high rates of poverty, daily inflation, large numbers of homeless, jobless low pay vs cost of living, goverment mandates, and having to put up with those woke idiots.
You voted for it, stay home, red states do not want you!
