I have to be tested weekly in order to keep my job.  

I can remember when as an employer I didn't have the right to question about legal drug use by employees.  They had the right to keep things private.  Things really have changed.

You're young, ignorant or dishonest. Alcohol is legal and there is a bottle to throttle rule since... well, forever. I've worked for companies that had more stringent requirements than the law, and wonderful safety records as a result. Their pilot seats were full, with waiting lists.
