I think Barr dismissed it because he saw no truth in it.
You want so desperately to believe it's true, you want your Messiah returned to power so badly that you will believe anything. Most of us have moved on beyond all that crap, but not you, you're clinging to hope.
You need to get over this, it's not healthy...
