So Biden comes to South Carolina  

Not welcomed here at all so he was asked to speak at the USC graduation in orangeburg.

Biden's speech was about racism and division. Just what every college grad wants to hear about.

Is it a coincidence that Orangeburg may be the blackest city in SC.

Gee, I don't know. But what I do know is that promoting racism is the last thing a president should be doing. Unless he wants this racial divide to continue and grow.
