Nobody knows how many asymptomatic infection there have been. Anybody infected, even the asymptomatic, spread the virus, including the vaccinated. Those who are sick, including breakthrough infections, have a higher viral load, more virus to spread and they do so. "Breakthrough infections" are typically less severe, having fewer virus and thus spread less.
