Not havked, but hacked!  

Let's clear somethign up

1) You were not hacked

2) We were not hacked

3) I have no obligation to take down a post that does not break the rules of conduct

4) Even if we were hacked, the only thing they would know about you is your name (assuming you actually put your real name) and your email (assuming that's real) and the town you live. I'd love to see a lawyer take that case and a judge entertain that as well so you can explain how you were damaged. "Well, see your honor, someone applied for a credit card in my name using the Netfriction info."... "Ah is that right Old Guy>">

My point is, might not be a bad idea to have a more measured response and stop trying to control things that are out of your control.
