Guys, I was pretty close to shutting down Netfriction a few days ago...But had a change of heart.
This site was originally purposed to off-load the political jargon from Just Helicopters. We don't have a lot of traffic, but the traffic has been lively at times.
It has gotten to the point that the interactions on here have become toxic, and I do mean toxic.
This his become a forum where people attack others, make fun of others, call eachother names etc.
This forum is now going to change effective TODAY
1. There will be no peronsal attacks or name calling
2. If you want to discuss an issue, left or right, feel free. Anybody who has the need to attack others, name-calling, etc, will be moderated. If you want to continue doign that, you'll be blocked from the site... This includes words like "Lib", "Trump Cult", etc.
3. This forum will now be for real dialogue of the issues, whether left or right. Some of us are down the middle, some are on the left and some are on the right.
4. I offered to have a zoom call, but nobody wanted to join, so I am making the rules as I see fit.
I will participate in the moderation, but my input will not be as much as it was before.
From this point forward, the forum is not for attacking others, but rather for constructive dialogue.
