We've been saying this for years ...  

For years and years, we have had multiple people, within his cabinet, saying he's incompentent and not capable of fulfilling the duties of the office.

This is yet another supporting point that people who worked closely with him believe he is inept, among other thigns.

As Barr has said, "Remove this cancer from the republican party". Never in the history of this country, have people within a president's cabinet speak out about the president like this.
