Donald J Trump is the only candidate that made Biden electable. And that, only after he ignored, minimized and delayed a public health response, in effect allowing the "Trump Flu" establish a continent-wide base of infected people. Remember when he was pooh-poohing it, "only a few cases. One or fifteen or sixteen? He should have listened to public health advisers and responded.
