It's been very very noticeable for a very very long time. But I've noticed he is really really slurring his words just like Pelosi.
Now I know the reasons are different.
Pelosi is jacked up on Russian Vodka which is very very obvious. Have you noticed that she constantly looks under the podium for her highaball glass. Yeah, me too. So she actually has an excuse, I mean she has to listen to a walking skeleton that was cast for Tales of the Crypt.
Now Joey here has no excuse for his speech slurring except for the obvious old age issues that people of his back ground contract. He's old...........don't you see that he's old !!!
Dementia.......alheimers(?)......delerium.....possibly monkey pox ????
But I'm wondering why Pelosi isn't concerned about her co-workers condition. She cared about Trump's.
Begs the question, dontchathink????
Anyway, I'm an observer, and it's just an observation that I thought was worth mentioning.
