DOJ investigating fake electors plot  

DOJ is actively issuing subpoenas for fake elector plot.

Old guy's logic (because he's scared) 'If they haven't charged him yet, he's not going to be charged" 

Well old guy, they work their way up the totem pole while getting documents, testimony etc. They don't go immediatley for the top guy.

What will happen? No clue. It's clear there's a strong possibility Trump did one more more things illegal, but 

Will he be prosecuted?
