No, but they do/did support Trump who denied the danger to America from Covid 19, delayed a public health response until the epidemic was established resulting in the unnecessary death of hundreds of thousands of Americans, created the highest unemployment rate ever recorded and the sharpest economic contraction since the Great Depression. One can look at the date of Trump's original denial of Covid's danger, the immediate changes in American infections and the time that Trump responded to see the evidence clearly presented.
That epidemic worldwide did create the conditions for the return of inflation, "... energy / supply shortages". Quarantines do create delays in all modes of transportation, distribution- COVID!
