• President Joe Biden fumed about a 10-year-old girl in Ohio who was forced to go to another state to get an abortion after she was raped
• He used the dramatic story to make the case for Democrats to vote
• 'A 10-year-old girl should be forced to give birth to a rapist's child?,' he said. 'I can't think of anything that's much more extreme' 
• Biden targeted the Supreme Court justices directly, calling them 'out of control' 
• 'We cannot allow out of control Supreme Court, working in conjunction with extremist elements of the Republican Party, to take away freedoms and our personal autonomy,' he said 
• Biden signed executive order boosting protections for abortion rights
• Comes two weeks after historic Supreme Court ruling and as president has faced criticism from some in his party for not doing more 
• The order will push to safeguard access to abortion medication and emergency contraception and protect patient privacy
• Biden also will push back on efforts to limit the ability of women to access abortion medication or to travel across state lines to receive abortion services
• And the order will increase access to legal services for the abortions rights battles expected to come
