it is true that he has made some poor changes that has a minor effect on supply.  Much better idea that he could have pursue, but didn't.  If Bidens changes made this price reduction, good for him.

But the reality is that the economic slowdown if hitting the oil supply.  So yes the cheaper price is due from Biden as his policy slowly slow the economy.  Biden is incompetent, his policies prove that.
