How can any of the clams made by state officials about signature verification be trusted and believed when the state separated all ballots from the envelope containing the signatures?

Think about what you posted. The ballot with or without the signature doesn't count for more or less once it is determined it came from somebody entitled to cast a ballot. And that's a separate process.
