Old guy,

A sign of intelligence and humility is that you

1. Wait for ALL the facts to come out

2. Put your preconceived notions aside

3. Put your biases aside

4. Look at ALL the information ... and look at all opinions ...

We haven't even gotten to the part about "Wait for all the facts to come out", yet you have already made up your mind.

I have not made a decision either way because I do not have all the facts. ONce they are laid out for us to see, and explained in terms the common man can understand, then we can make an intelligent decision.

What I do know is that he MAY or MAY not get indicted for this, but I think he's in more jeopardy in the Fulton County case as even Rudy and Meadows are being subpoeaned to testify now. That says something.

I also believe that Trump may have tried to extort the DOJ to stop the investigation with this threats (that's beyond clear)

Do you believe that those steps can be agreed upon when it comes to impartially making a decision, esepcially something as complex as this?

Your two "rules" are completely subjective based on what someone "thinks" it "should" be ...

First, it has been widely agreed upon that what Trump did is magnitudes of order greater than what Clinton did. The two cannot even be compared no matter how much you want to believe it. As detailed below, the markings on the documents going back and forth, while Hillary was Secretary of State, did not have proper classification markings. On the other Hand, Trump's cache of documents had proper top secret markings and he failed to return them even though the government tried time and time again to get them back.

That's the difference...and it's a stark difference.

If you think what Trump did is not worse than Clinton, I suggest reading this article:

Clinton's emails vs. Trump's documents: Do they compare? (newsnationnow.com)

“Whereas Hillary Clinton’s email server never contained properly marked classified information in the various emails received from or sent to unclassified government email accounts, the documents in Donald Trump’s possession were properly marked as classified and continued to have those markings at the time of their seizure,” Bradley Moss, a Washington-based national security lawyer, wrote in an email.

In other words, it’s possible Trump, or someone on his team, knowingly withheld confidential records after being asked to return them in a way that Clinton did not.

That fact may increase the former president’s legal exposure on possible obstruction of justice charges, said Moss.
