This started this back when Obozo was President.. Creepy Joe buying his way into Ukraine 

with his European "Allies" the IMF.
This was a provocation to Russia -- and Putin responded as expected. 

now Creepy Joe is  upping the ante..

101st Airborne Division deploys to the border of Ukraine.. Joint exercises with Ukrainian troops.. to defend NATO austensibly.
(MSM is silent. Surprised? )
