You missed the point!  

But your big mistake is to think that the Republicans effort to have a fair election is anything like literacy tests given to you by the democrats.

If you impair a citizens ability to cast a legitimate ballot you are changing the results of the election.

Is it you deep racist feelings that allow you to think that a black person is so dumb that they are not capable of optaining a ID card.  

The Constitution does not require ID to vote, does it?

Voter fraud in American federal elections is vanishingly small, with no significant amount of fraud ever recorded. The usual problem in American elections is legitimate ballots being rejected.

The ID requirement has a racist component in that the poor are less likely to have ID. Poverty has strong correlation with race- African-Americans are over-represented in American povert census figures, at three time the white population.
