Polls show that the left does not really want Biden to run for office again.  Crap, they didn't even want his endorsement for the midterms.  

you need someone that shows they can win, beat the odds.  Looks like a common working person, Does not really need to have a clear mind or well spoken,  maybe best if they have no mind at all (like Biden).
