2. Why wasn't there a bloodbath?

Stupid question. You correlate those candidates to Trump endorsements alone?
What about campaign spending ( outta state influences) ballot harvesting, blue state gerrymandering,
not to mention the fact that early voting remains suspect -- look at the returns -- the pattern is rather obvious.
