Prediction: Trump will be criminally indicted in 30-90 days  

Even somebody as infamous yet legally invulnerable as Al Capone eventually fell to tax issues.

No, I'm not comparing Trump personally to Capone, but Trump's tax issues are going to be his Waterloo as Capone's were his.

Prosecuting tax offenses is time consuming and expensive, especially given the breadth of the Trump Organization. America has seen Trump's tax issues pursued successfully in the past, even though The Donald is a canny operator who does use professional services in his defense on occasion, he's also vain and overestimates his power and influence on a regular basis.

P.S. Indictment is not conviction.  Just as a good prosecuter can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich, a good defense can free somebody as guilty as heck. But- even the most capable defense would have to contend with Trump's ill considered and poorly timed statements.
