Let's get to the meat and potatoes

1. Biden's staff found them and came forward, honestly, and came clean about everyting that was found and returned them promptly

2. Biden was never asked by the Archives, by the DOJ, or by the grand jury to send documents back they knew he had

3. Biden did not obstruct justice by ignoring a court order to return documents

4. Biden did not purposly hide and move highly sensitive documents to obstruct justice

5. Biden VOLUNTARILY came forward immediately and complies with every single request (as far as we know)

Trump? 

Well, it got so bad that they had to Raid him because he wouldn't comply - That's pretty bad
