3. WhenTrump had documents taken, he was the president. He had total power to declassify any document. He claims he did, it requires NO PAPER WORK, for him to declassify anything. He had no classified documents. He did have goverment document, the two cases are as different as night and day.
No, that is 100% inaccurate. In order for a president to declassify, there is still a process he has to go through.

If it IS true that he declassified everything in his house, it the documents in his houes are of the highest level of national security, then he's a bumping idiot like you for doing that and then we'll judge him for his complete lack of judgement. But, since there is no paper trail that he declassified stuff, then it's not declassified.

He didn't lie about what he had, did not mislead investigators. And he has a handfull, not 300 docs. We alos don't know the level of classifiction of documents - Trump may have had the highest level of Top secret and it's possible Bident's docs were simply classified -
