The debris field of the shot down balloon was 7 miles long. Hopefully old guy is now educated Now as to why they waited till I got over the ocean. The military also concluded that the spy balloon would have no more capability than the Chinese low orbiting satellites. But of course old guy knows better than anybody. It's OK to get a 7 mile debris and possibly injure people on the ground
