"Simply put, people are moving from blue states not just to escape unaffordable housing and high taxes.  They're moving to escape fiscally irresposible, ineffective, unaccountable governments, that always want more tax revenues while delivering diminishing quality services and infrastructure of a topical city run by the left.  There's nothing like a crime infested homeless encampment a few yards from your home or businesses to change your calculations of the benefits of staying put.  Throw in decaying public schools, transportation, random crime, and higher cost of living,  the red states start to look awesome."

Even more "Simply put...", all the conditions you decry are results of the market and elections, both or which are determined by the people affected. Even your alleged "... crime infested homeless encampment a few yards from your home or businesses" exist only, ONLY because your local government does not prevent that being so.

I challenge you to provide evidence that the homeless contribute to increased criminal activity. You are a bigot not only regards race, notional origin, ethnicity and religious belief, you are an economic bigot. Here's the bad news, mo fo- according to your principles, anybody wealthier than you can justifiably believe that you, specifically, are a criminal- and you can't argue the point because you believe it also.
