All of the depositions taken are under lock and key.
Data, information is not a finite object that one can 'lock up'. The information exists outside depositions and may be available directly or indirectly from many sources.
Example: I witnessed a car crash. Fopr some reason, the court has ordered me not to discuss what I saw. Suppose I am not the only witness....
