I asked people to quote me on this Months ago ... I estimated within the next 3-4 months, Trump would be criminally indicted.
Last night, Trump was Indicted on multiple counts.
The Special Prosecutor has it on tape with Trump saying "As president, I could have declassified, but now I can’t,’ Trump said about the military information during a 2021 meeting,"
Trump's own defense in the public has been 'I de-classified everything before I left office", yet on Tape, he is recorded as saying "I did not declassify this" ... so he was knowingly holding onto classified documents.
This is about as clear of a violation as it gets. Knowingly having classified info he wasn't allowed to have, obstructing justice so that the government couldn't get it back, and then claiming he declassified it when he admitted he had not.
It goes further ... He ran for president knowing full well that he was the target of an investgation ... of multiple investigations. Knowing that, he ran so that he can use it as an excuse that it was "political persecution"
This was all planned and a defense he knew he was going to use.
This is no different than months before he lost the election, his entire team planned on saying "The election was rigged" without having any evidence.
It's a shame so many people in this nation do not see how problematic this is and don't look at the facts on face value.
The law is blind ... This is not political persection. A Grand Jury just indicted him and court dates will be set to follow soon.
