Sure  

A true conservative could dislike Trump, but not his policies.  

If a person stood for free enterprise. Private ownership, and socially traditional ideas how could ne not like Trump.

It is policies, that make a difference, those policies make a conservative not emotional BS!

Example----- it is plain as day that Trump did not did not have any thing to do with the protesters entering the capital.  In his speech he said to go forward pleacefully, never did he direct any one to enter The capital or cause violence, never.  Now for someone to think Trump did it, they are not thinking out of common sense, they are using emotions from hating Trump.
