Tell the world what you would have done instead? All hind-sight and speculation. What strong message did Trump send aggressors? Offering to abandon NATO, maybe? Supplying Ukraine weapons will be beneficial, but I worry that Americans will become fatigued, bored and abandon Ukraine on the cusp of victory. Ukraine isn't our problem. Now it's Russia's problem and, I think, it will cost Putin his office. Ukraine is his Sudetenland. Russia's costs in Ukraine will be harder to hide than Afghanistan. |
