Why would we need common sense gun regulations?

 

Tulsa hospital shooter killed four including his surgeon after 'botched back surgery' as cops reveal he purchased AR-15 from pawn store three hours before the attack

  • Tulsa police said Michael Louis, 45, was determined to kill St. Francis Hospital surgeon Dr. Preston Phillips, who had performed back surgery on him weeks ago
