"Have you ever heard that your constitutional rights cannot by superseded by any other agreement?"
But first you are bound by contract, your promise, to accept arbitration.
"I am a bit surprised you didn't make the case that. This issue could be resolved with a good old fashioned honor killing, that would then be immune from US law."
I have never endorsed honor killing, pucknutz, so you are a liar again.
"I should have expected such an expert apologist could whitewash any aspect of the muzzie religion, then I wouldn't be disappointed in a fellow American that would so easily cede constitutional rights."
Contracts are enforceable under the Constitution. A pre-nup stipulating the acceptance of arbitration is enforceable. Arbitration decisions are litigated in courts all the time. So, in your twisted view, the Constitution is a "... whitewash... of the muzzie religion" |
