And that's great, if we are going to get this thing under control we need high percentages of the general public vaccinated. Employers taking the lead by requiring it is a step in the right direction.

I do believe if the employer is requiring employees to have a shot, then that would be considered a requirement for employment and a employer right.  You will see very little of that in red states.

But the same employer can't require customers to have a shot, so from the standpoint of common sense, it makes no sense to require anyone to get a shot.
