New York court suspends Rudy Giuliani’s law license

NEW YORK (AP) — An appeals court suspended Rudy Giuliani from practicing law in New York on Thursday because he made false statements while trying to get courts to overturn Donald Trump’s loss in the presidential race.

An attorney disciplinary committee had asked the court to suspend Giuliani’s license on the grounds that he’d violated professional conduct rules as he promoted theories that the election was stolen through fraud.

The court agreed and said suspension should be immediate, even though disciplinary proceedings aren’t yet complete, because there was an “immediate threat” to the public.

And what happens when Arizona audit report comes out, or the lawsuit with Dominant Voting Systems ends and  Rudy wins.  This move too suspend Giuliani is sooo! Political it stinks.

Is there anything left in New York worthy of saving or is it now just a 3rd world shit hole?

Here's the acknowledged problem with the Maricopa County Arizona 'recount'. The County Board of Elections provided the balliots to Cyber Ninjas, destroyed the integrity of the ballots. Besides which, Cyber Ninjas achnowledged partisan interest in Trump's election.

Their 'audit' will have no effect on the election. Biden's election will stand. But Captain Chaos Trump has created doubt of the American election process.

The problems all came from the left.

Every step of the audit was filmed, they knew that had to have visual prof, because of fake stories from the left.  This is just one more fake story.

The left has destroyed any integrity of this election.  Their actions of resistance at every turn indicates they have NO desire to find the truth, even if the truth would prove them right.  Every action they take and every fake story they tell, proves they have NO interest in the truth.

Of course this audit will have a huge effect on Biden.  It may not remove him right away, but it will push other states to audit, which will sooner or later remove him.  Also, many states now just blow off anything Biden says or does, more and more states will start to ignore him.

Do you realize that the "firm" specializes in hacking, and not recounts? No one ever heard of them.

The AZ senate chose to not hire a reputable firm, but a company that doesnt even do ballot recounts.

Maybe you should look a little deeper.  The "firm" was selected thru a biding process.  Is there bias, probably, but today it would be hard the find no bias.  Does it mean that they had their finger on the scale, "NO".   With the system put in place to prove honestly in the audit, it is proven honest.

What about your state, how is honesty in your state elections done.  Your election officials are not elected, not chosen by legislative vote, just picked by your governor.  Your state elections are full of dishonesty.  New Jersey is the only state in the action, that has had proven to have so much fraud in elections the court has ruled do-overs.  just because you live in a state that political dishonesty is a way of life, that does not mean others are like that!
