'The last thing the young do before they're intubated is beg me for the vaccine. But it's too late': Alabama doctor warns of 'impending doom' as Delta variant spreads while 65 percent of state residents REFUSE the shot  

Young, unvaccinated people dying from COVID-19 say they wish they had received the coronavirus jab, one Alabama doctor claims.   Dr. Brytney Cobia, who works at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, made the assertion in a devastating Facebook post published on Sunday.  'I'm admitting young healthy people to the hospital with very serious COVID infections. One of the last things they do before they're intubated is beg me for the vaccine. I hold their hand and tell them that I'm sorry, but it's too late,' Cobia wrote in the post, which has since been shared more than 700 times.   

I know 6 people who have long term complications of covid now. 

One of my friends just got a CT scan and they found all kinds of wierd stuff in his lung that was not there 5 years ago.

One pilot in my company has double pneumonia that wont go away.

Another 3 people I know have non stop chronic fatigue

Another pilot lost his taste and smell and it has not fully come back

Another Flight nurse's wife had to go home with a breathing machine...perfectly healthy before that

It was made perfectly clear to all that the only way we can get a handle on this is with a population that is vaccinated in the 75%-85% range. Some states are in the 30's, pathetic. 

So we will all have to pay the price due to the losers who refuse to "Take One For The Country".

How many more people are going to have to die before people wake up? This is about trying to shut down a very nasty virus, it should have absolutely nothing to do with a person being a Democrat, a Republican, or a Trumplican.
