Creepy Joe is becoming the posterboy for "Crazy leftists"

Here are just a few problems with this mandate:

1. Will the Government require individuals to indemnify private businesses who comply,insisting a vaccination is required for iemployment?

Indemnifying anyone is a voluntary personal right, it cannot be coerced. Thus, private business will not be provided protection against class action lawsuits potentially  arising at any time in the future from potential Covid vax damages that may yet occur.

2. The federal government does have a "vaccination court" which hears cases concerning vax damages.Petitioners are rarely successful, and they agree to limited damage claims, also non-disclosure Agreements.

This protects Big Pharma from liability. To prevail in a vaccination related class-action liability suit (outside the federal vaccination court) would be unprecedented to date, and yet,  if vaccinations are federally mandated, for private employers this opens a whole new area for liability and recovery--these businesses themselves will be liabl. (not the pharmaceutical manufacturers ).  Private businesses won't like to assume such a high risk for damages without being indemnified. Will Creepy Joe provide tgst indemnification with federal dollars for those businesses? 

3. federal government employees are screwed already, they were being given no choice or consent-- and the federal government is protected from lawsuits by the --Federal Torts Claims Act--.  (Sucks to be a Government bureaucrat these days, doesn't it?)

4. The whole idea of "executive orders" being "Federal Law" and bypassing the constitutional responsibility of Congress to legislate is in fact, unconstititional. It's as anti-Democratic as the rigged election that put Creepy Joe "in office"  in the first place. You Libz are born to slavery apparently, and so you willingly surrender your rights to a tyrant every time. ( useful idiots!) 

5. HIPPA protects individuals from mandatory unwarranted disclosure of medical conditions, treatments, or vaccination status to everyone, including private employers. It hasn't been tested in the courts yet, but the ability of private employers to require proof of vaccination as a condition of employment is a potential legal liability under existing statutes.

Even Federal employees have certain rights to nondisclosure under HIPPA,  except in the case certain sensitive positions, as required by strict regulation.  DOT and FAA physicals also fall under HIPPA concerning disclosure to employers, but medical status is reviewed by well regulated Federal Authorities in the public interest.

Could Creepy Joe require Federal Employment Physicals for all private employees regardless of occupation? I think not. So it goes back to private liability and HIPPA. The Feds can't require private businesses to assume that liability, and private individuals can't be coerced to indemnify them.

Stalemate.
