Below you keep posting about the right to vote. Voting is not a right given to you by the constitution. The 26th amendment only made the commitment that the right to vote would never be denied based on age, you, must be 18. The reason for the 26th amendment was to lower the voting age from 21 to 18, period. States can legally refuse you the the right to vote for many reasons, such as a felon, you did not properly register, you do not have legal residency, or like a lot of Biden voters - you are dead. It is up to state laws for everything but age. Read what you posted again it is very clear, it does not say what you want it to say, it says what it means. You can not be denied the right to vote on account of age. useful idiot |

The Amendment clearly states the right to vote.
Section 1The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age. Section 2The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Can that right, any right, be affected by legal action? You know, deprived of life, liberty and property in consequence of a conviction of a crime? The basic right to vote exists until legally denied. |

Why would I keep posting back to you, someone that is not as smart as a 6 year old. Yes my grandson understands that the 27th amendment refers to age and age only. So why did I keep posting to show you that you are in error. Makes no sense! I must tell you that if you that if this is how you intreputed the FAR's I expect that you do not fly or work for any reasonable and responsible organization. I have no idea why I return posts to such a fool! useful idiot |
