It has been pointed out NUMEROUS times here that the vaccination is not 100% effective. I believe you have made that point yourself, arguing that if it's not perfect one shouldn't use it nor should the FDA recommend it's use. Me, I'll take a 50% reduction ininfection and/or severity as benefit enough to be vaccinated. 50% survival is only okay, but 50% dead- like Colin Powell, is no deader than he would have been without the vax. |

it was almost like we knew. he would post that; a testiment to his complete ignorance, lack of understanding of how vaccines work, and lack of understanding that no vaccine is 100%. The vaccine reduces fatalities by 15-20x. But if you're in your 80s and have cancer, even with the vaccine, odds are being stacked against you |

Not only are you predictable, but you're also not so bright Someone in his 80s, with Leukemia, is still very succeptible to a covid breakthrough infection even if vaccinated. Here are the statistics An adult in his 80s vaccinated has as much protection as a non-vaccinated adult below 60. Add a pre-exisitng condition like Leukemia and the chance of dying goes up even more Crawl back into your hole old guy. |
