If Trump Truly believes the election is rigged, then by his own admission and logic, running again would result in him losing. 

He doesn't really believe that. His fragile ego would never allow him to be put into a position where he is sure to lose again, so of course, he knows it wasn't rigged, which is why he is talking about running again.

Trump knows he lost fair and square, so he wants to make another run for it in another "non-rigged" election.

Just saying he's going to run again is proof that he believes the system DOES work.

Something like 24 states have or now changing the voting  laws to help close the loop holes that allow fraud.  Many of the rest of the states fraud is already much harder to accomplish.  Just left wing states will still have programs that fraudulent voting is easy.  Like yours! I was wrong, but 19 states so far have changed the election laws.  None of hem are restrictive, most have been taken to court by the left and all of them won!

It is not voter restrictive to want voters, the legal age, residents is the state, citizens of the US and NOT DEAD.  Just the idea that some states did not verify the voter on a absentee ballots is nuts, allows voter fraud, and the left supports that.

Of the dozens of litigations (53?) only one has not been dismissed or held to be moot. Trump's litigation plan is to wear down, delay opposition.

Trump's purpose in all this has been openly stated: elections will not put him in power. Even the 2016 election lacked the popular mandate, he's not going to be able to work that again.

Instead, he is attacking the process itself as rigged- more people voted against him than for him, wao he lost the election.If he can reduce the numbers who vote against his interests, then the minority that does support him is 'elected'. Thta's what Republicans mean by 'securing the ballot'- eliminate the franchise and ballots of as much of the demographic that would otherwise tend to vote against them. Urban populations that don't have drivers licenses because they don't need to drive, for instance, may not have the ID that Reoublican legislators require ro vote....
